Terms of Service
Arch City Property Care is a trade name operated by CBUS Express Transport Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting a quote or using our services you agree to these terms.
Quotes
All quotes are free and provided with no obligation. Every job is quoted custom to the work involved; a quote is not a binding contract until both parties confirm the scope and the work is scheduled. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ from what was described.
Scheduling & Service Area
We serve Columbus and surrounding suburbs — call to confirm we cover your location. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and access to the work site. Recurring lawn care is offered by neighborhood waitlist and begins once a route is active in your area.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the job and safe access to the work area.
- Identify property lines, underground utilities, irrigation, and any hazards before work begins.
- Obtain any permissions or approvals required for work on the property.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. We accept Zelle (preferred), cash, check, or card. Online invoice payment is not yet available; we will confirm accepted methods when your job is scheduled.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or inaccurate information.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to serve you.
What We Collect
When you submit our quote or lawn-waitlist form we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your job location or ZIP code, any notes you add, your preferred contact method, and — if you check the box — your consent to be contacted by phone and text.
How We Use It
- To respond to your request and provide a quote.
- To schedule and perform work you've requested, and to manage lawn-route waitlists.
- To contact you about your inquiry. If you opt in, that may include calls and text messages; you can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Consent is never a condition of service.
How We Store It
Form submissions are transmitted securely and recorded in our lead-management system. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us operate (such as our hosting and lead-capture infrastructure) or as required by law.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing info@archcitypropertycare.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
Licensing & Insurance Disclosure
Arch City Property Care (operated by CBUS Express Transport Limited) holds a Columbus / Ohio Vendor's License, No. 25-001496, and carries $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Proof of coverage is available on request — just get in touch.
We do not provide pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer, or chemical weed-control services. Light landscaping is limited to manual work such as bed cleanups, trimming, hand weeding, and plantings.
